Team building at Sugar Creek Resort is educational and productive.  However, unlike other, more traditional (and often boring) classroom trainings, your employees will leave feeling inspired and rejuvenated.  They will learn to rely on their co-workers outside the normal work environment, which can generate mutual respect and support.  They'll enjoy such activities as "Let's Swap Canoes," "Beach Ball Herding," "Treasure Hunting the River," and other adventure-based activities that will promote team bonding, help build trust and confidence, and promote more effective working relationships.  We start with classroom instruction and then move outside to the great Kentucky River for an afternoon of stimulating activities, all of which will be designed to meet your company's specific training objectives.  We also make team building enjoyable on horseback.  Your employees will soon find out how important communications are and how teams work together with other teams.  Feel free to bring your own food; however, catered lunches are available, as are snacks and drinks.

During our Problem Solving training, your employees will learn how to identify and define a problem, generate acceptable solutions, and develop and implement a plan of action for problem solving, using highly effective and proven tools-all this while canoeing the Kentucky River.  We'll start in our comfortable conference room, which overlooks the Kentucky River valley and then move outside so that we can practice what we preach.  At Sugar Creek, we offer a variety of problems in need of solving, guaranteeing a training program that is both fun and educational.

Enjoy meetings and banquets in the beautiful surroundings of our newly completed conference room.  The room will easily accommodate groups of 50.  Show your guests the true beauty of Kentucky while you work or play.
